EC 12: Tea Bagging Machine with Automatic Cartoning

The EC 12 is the standard model, which can produce up to 120 tea bags per minute with string and tags attached. Tea bags are automatically placed into carton boxes in groups of 20 or 25.

The tea is filled into a single chamber tea bag. The bag itself is formed from filter paper, that is heat sealed. Simultaneously tags are attached to the thread. The thread is attached to the filter bag (without the use of staples, or glue). The thread is then wound around the tea bags. The completed filter tea bags are grouped in 20 or 25 piece lots. The groups are inserted in upright position and placed in either 25, 50 or 100 count boxes (in 1, 2 or 4 rows).
